The New Hampshire Alliance of Immigrants and Refugees (NHAIR) is dedicated to organizing and engaging immigrants and refugees as voters and leaders.

Founded in 2007 by a coalition of New Hampshire immigrant leaders responding to the needs of a rapidly growing community, NHAIR is New Hampshire's only organization dedicated exclusively to advocating for immigrant and refugee communities. Under founding director Eva Castillo, they built a track record of defeating anti-immigrant legislation and developing grassroots leadership that continues to guide their work today. At its core, NHAIR advances legislative campaigns that protect immigrant workers' livelihoods and organizes directly within worker communities to build collective power. They provide case management and legal navigation services that help immigrant workers understand and exercise their rights. Through the Welcoming New Hampshire program, launched in 2012, NHAIR leads arts and culture outreach that reflects the immigrant experience here in New Hampshire, fostering the statewide dialogue and collaboration needed to build a more inclusive state where everyone can thrive.

NHAIR is led by Dylan Hoey, a former political officer in the U.S. Foreign Service with extensive experience in international human rights and immigration policy.
