MIRA provides free legal assistance with DACA renewals for individuals in Massachusetts and can connect you with an attorney for more complex cases. You should submit your DACA renewal application 120-150 days before expiration of your current DACA!

If you live in Massachusetts and have DACA and would like to renew, or had DACA but it lapsed, and would like our assistance with the application or with a referral, please fill out this form. The form is confidential, but for security purposes, make sure not to send any sensitive information (such as your SSN, or detailed information about your case). Please note that if you are requesting financial assistance to cover the DACA fees, you will need to provide your annual income and household size.
