Viviana joined MIRA in 2022 and currently serves as a Field Coordinator. Her passion is working on projects that empowers unrepresented communities to increase opportunities. Viviana comes to MIRA experienced working in nonprofit program development, project coordination and community organizing. She previously worked with a variety of nonprofits and for the national government in Bolivia helping people in disadvantaged communities acquire a better quality of life. Viviana is a lawyer in Bolivia and earned a Master’s of Sustainable International Development from Brandeis University.

Outside of work, Viviana enjoys traveling, exploring and meeting people from all over the world.
