MIRA Coalition embarked on a strategic planning process from July 2022 to February 2023. The purpose was to develop a four-year framework for FY2023-2027 to ensure that our work aligns with our stated mission and vision, assess strengths and weaknesses of approaches to the work, and to clarify activities and goal for the organization to then guide staff, members, board leadership, and supporters. 

The strategic plan is just the beginning of MIRA’s vision. It is already an ambitious plan for the next four years, but our team is fully committed to implementing this in a realistic manner.
