Ananie Louis Boyer

Citizenship Outreach Associate

Ananie Louis Boyer (she/her) was born in Port Au Prince Carrefour, Haiti. She is MIRA’s Citizenship Community Outreach Coordinator, supporting our Citizenship team. Ananie decided to become an Interpreter in 2016, because she wanted to help the small Haitian community in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania. The community was different from Miami, Florida where she previously lived before. She started offering interpretation and training services to the migrant farm workers and interpreted for her church friends at their doctor appointments. She moved to Atlanta, Georgia in 2018 and decided to become a qualified Haitian Creole Medical Interpreter. She loves helping the community because the hope they have and the smile on their faces, motivates her. Ananie also loves decorating and organizing, “it makes me happy and calm.”
