A native of Bangladesh, Tahia Mostafiz started work with MIRA in 2022 as a People and Administration Specialist. She came to the US in 2013 and received her education from the University of Massachusetts Boston, majoring in Women and Gender studies with a minor in Communications.

After graduation, Tahia joined Mass General Brigham as a Human Resource Associate working in talent acquisition, compensation and HR operations. Since 2021 she has worked with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation as a Talent Acquisition Consultant. She is also pursuing her MBA in Human resource management from Trine University.
