Robin Nice is an immigration attorney at McHaffey & Nice, LLC in Boston, Massachusetts. Robin received her B.A. from Wellesley College, her Master’s Degree in Human Rights from London School of Economics in 2008, and a J.D. from Boston University Law School in 2012. She focuses on asylum and other forms of humanitarian relief before USCIS and Immigration Court. She was the Chair of the New England Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association from 2023 to 2024.
Natalya V Belonozhko is a CPA currently holding a position as an SVP Corporate Controller with Global Atlantic Financial Group. She has 20+ years of experience in Accounting and Financial Reporting, specializing in the insurance industry. Natalya holds a BS degree in Finance and Information Technology from Northeastern University and an MS in Accountancy from University of Notre Dame. Natalya lives with her husband and two sons in Newton, MA.
Elsa Gomes Bondlow is the Founder and Principal of Ripple Acts Consulting, as well as co-founder of the Social Equity Access Fund and Emplify. Bondlow brings over 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience including senior advancement roles at Mass. Alliance of Portuguese Speakers, United Way of Massachusetts Bay, Building Impact, Tufts University, and the International Institute of New England, as well as having served as Director of Development at MIRA Coalition from 2011-2014. She holds a B.A. in International Relations from Fresno Pacific University and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the Institute for Nonprofit Management at Tufts University.
Guilherme Costa, J.D. is Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the Corporation at Bentley University, with more than 15 years of higher education leadership experience providing legal counsel and supporting regulatory guidance in positions at Syracuse University, Ithaca College, the South Dakota Board of Regents, University of Idaho, and the University of Notre Dame. Costa holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Notre Dame, an M.S. in Organizational Learning and Leadership from the University of Idaho, and two B.A. degrees, in Business Administration and Political Science, from the University of Florida.
