We’re Expanding Our Immigration Helpline, and We Need YOU!
The Immigration Helpline is expanding, and we’re looking for compassionate, dedicated volunteers to help answer calls from immigrants and service providers across Massachusetts.
Volunteer Tasks:
- Answer calls from immigrants and service providers
- Record basic intake information
- Share trusted resources and referrals
Virtual Info Session:
Wednesday, October 29th at 12:30 -1:30pm

No legal experience required – training will be provided!
Volunteers will receive training on:
- Cultural humility and trauma-informed communication
- Helpline procedures and call scripts
- Immigration and referral basics
Bilingual volunteers, especially in Spanish, Haitian Creole, and Portuguese are encouraged to join!
