Steeve Auguste brings nearly fifteen years of professional experience in interpretation and translation, providing linguistically and culturally responsive support to diverse communities. He has served as an IT Analyst for the past three years, during which he has cultivated a strong interest in technology, data, and process improvement. In addition, Steeve has about 5 years of experience in the public sector, contributing to initiatives that enhance community access, equity, and service delivery.

He is currently a senior MBA candidate at Fitchburg State University, concentrating in Business Analytics Management. Through this program, he is strengthening his expertise in data-driven decision-making, strategic management, and organizational development.

Steeve is honored to join MIRA and is deeply aligned with its mission to serve immigrants from all regions of the world. He looks forward to contributing his technical skills, community-focused background, and commitment to service to support the organization’s impact and vision.

Outside of his professional and academic pursuits, Steeve enjoys music, conducting online research, and engaging in DIY projects that allow him to build, explore, and create.
